Cancellation & Refund Policy
We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do we will do our best to satisfy your expectations according to our return policies. We want you to be happy with your purchase. It is very important that you please READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY and ask any questions BEFORE ordering.
Customized and personalized items:
Due to their unique nature, all sales on personalized and custom ordered items are final. If you have requested to personalize your topper with your name, or if you request it to be customized with added or changed features, it is considered "Personalized" or "Custom". We are not able to accept returns or give refunds UNLESS we have made a mistake. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, your topper will be corrected, re-produced and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Table numbers and signs:
Cancellations need to be done within 48 hours of order. Table numbers can be returned within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.. Please contact us if you need to return your order. Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We will do our best to process your exchange or refund request within 5 working days. Refunds will be processed by credit to your credit card.
Custom Orders are subject to a 10% fee if canceled after 48 hours or more.
Returned items due to address errors or undeliverable reasons on the customers part, and Damage due to CUSTOMER HANDLING is NON-REFUNDABLE and will only be replaced at customer cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is any other issue with your item/order when it arrives, please let us know as soon as possible, so we may have the opportunity to resolve it before you leave feedback.
