Processing and Shipping Policies

PROCESSING TIME

"Ready Made" cake toppers (no names) will ship within 1-2 Business days.

~ Acrylic CAKE TOPPERS: Turnaround time is 4 to 7 BUSINESS days (No Holidays or Sundays)

~ TABLE NUMBERS & SIGNS: Turnaround time is 6 to 10 BUSINESS days (No Holidays or Sundays) after purchase is made and payment has cleared. Table numbers will ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority,  depending on weight.

This is not the time frame in which you will receive your package. This is the time it takes to process your order.

Custom Orders or adding Customizations to orders will extend the processing time an additional 2-3 days, because we will be sending the proof for approval before we make it.  Please check your email within 2-3 days after purchase.  The sooner the proof is approved, the sooner it will shop.

SHIPPING

We ship all items through USPS which is a 2 to 5 day delivery time to all Domestic US destinations. Shipping upgrades for faster delivery time are available at checkout.

We do our best to package our products securely, and cannot be held liable for any loss or damaged caused by USPS or any other handling of your package after we deliver it to USPS. If you receive a damaged item due to USPS shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival, as we can file a damage claim for you.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Delivery times for International orders will vary by destination, with an average of 10-14 day delivery (although we have no control over your local Customs, so please allow plenty of time for delivery). In addition, International Orders may incur local Customs charges which are not included in your shipping charges. Please check with your local Customs before placing your order.) Shipping upgrades for faster delivery time are available at checkout as well.
