~ How do I choose and pay to customize my topper? 

Add the topper of your choice to your cart. Then, in the shop you will find a listing called, “Customizations and changes to a topper.” Click the link, and choose your options. Then place it in your cart along with your topper. You will need to send me a message with the details that you are wanting. If you are choosing to have the profiles look like the bride and groom, We will need you to email a profile picture (side facing) of both the bride and groom. Pictures can be emailed to: trueloveaffairshop@gmail.com.

~ Will I be able to see my customized topper before it is produced?

Yes, if you have requested any additional customizations to your topper, then after purchase you will receive a proof of your topper before it is cut. Please make sure to check the email address that you give me within 1-2 days of ordering. You can make 1-2 changes to the cake topper at no additional charge.  Your topper will be cut and shipped as soon as we receive your approval.

~How does the DISPLAY BASE work?

All toppers will come with permanent cake spikes, generally 1.75" long. When you add a Display Base onto your order, we will make the cake spikes removable. Therefore, after your event you can remove the spikes and the cake topper will fit flush into the display base so that it can be displayed on a shelf or a shadow box.

~ Can I see what the topper will look like before I make a purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot design toppers prior to purchase because it does take up so much time. We will gladly send you a preview for your approval after you purchase, and before we actually produce your topper. You can make 1-2 small changes to the cake topper at no additional charge.
